- The free pickup and delivery offer is for a limited time only (As long as the state of Virginia remains restricted to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) only) and is applicable on devices such as: Computers, Laptops, All-In-One Desktop, Tablets and Phones
- The location of the client with his device should not be more than 13 miles from our facilities, to confirm this point please consult our verification tool to see if your location classifies.
- This service is designed so that you stay safe at home, we do not send technicians to your location, to carry out any type of work on site. This service is only to collect and deliver your devices
- Roanoke Computers reserves the right to end this offer anytime and modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Customers can pick up or bring the devices to our offices. And then request the necessary service as long as it meets the conditions described above.
- Roanoke Computers, has the right to reschedule the delivery or Pickup time as per availability and feasibility.
- If for some reason you wish to have this service, but don't fullfill any of the requirements needed please feel free to call us at any moment so we can work in a solution for you.
